Pedro José Clemente Martín is an Associate Professor and current Head of the Department of Computer Systems and Telematics Engineering (DISIT) at the University of Extremadura.
He is also Director of the UEx Telefónica Chair, focused on digital transformation and the Internet of Things (IoT). As a senior researcher in the Quercus and SPILab groups, his work focuses on Model-Driven Software Engineering (MDE), legacy system modernization, and the application of Digital Twins in strategic sectors such as precision agriculture (Smart Agro).
